Request for Letter & Packet
Current Vector Representatives may complete the form below in order to request that a letter of recommendation and Vector information packet be sent to their academic institution. These materials are intended to help your academic advisor/dean determine if what you learn with Vector will qualify for academic credit. To meet minimum standards at most institution you must have sophomore standing, have 30 credits (45 qtr. hours) completed in residence, and have a G.P.A. of at least 2.5. Please do not complete this form if you do not meet these minimum requirements or if you have not yet been offered a position with Vector. Required fields are in orange.
